We are looking for Indigenous Talent interested in:
- Skilled labour (Railcar Loader), and
- Trades (Electrical, Instrumentation and Millwright) and
- Operations roles (4th Class Power Engineers, Control Room Operators, Lab Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, etc.).
- Hands-on, field-based work for entry-level positions with on-the-job training provided
- Relevant certifications are an asset, but are not required for all roles
We're hiring for field-based positions, with openings available for everyone from entry-level candidates to seasoned trades professionals in Edmonton and Hardisty, Alberta.
What you’ll do:
- Support daily operations at terminals and facilities
- Assist with daily and preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment monitoring
- Learn and develop technical skills through hands-on experience and on-the-job training
- Contribute to a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork
Who you are:
- You self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis).
- You are over 18 and may have varying levels of industry experience or are new to the workforce.
- You are adaptable, embrace change, and are eager to learn.
- Possess professional, diplomatic and strong communication skills.
