Women in Development Program

The primary goal of Gibson Energy’s Women in Development Program is to develop future leaders in the areas of finance, energy marketing/trading, operations and engineering through experience, exposure, and opportunity.

Overview

Our two-day student program is designed to provide information and insights to the various facets of our Finance, Energy Marketing/Trading, Operations and Engineering organizations.  It also allows students the opportunity to network with our senior leadership and/or Board of Directors.

Up to 5 post-secondary students will be selected for each two-day program.  As this program is an extension of our Summer Student and Co-Op Term programs, suitable student candidates may also be selected to interview for these programs.

Qualifications

Students currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree with at least 2 years completed, with a focus in Commerce (Finance or Accounting), Economics or Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Instrumentation disciplines)
